Really good article on dry needling

And the author of this article saved me from attending a dry needling course just out of curiosity so I could also be better educated on how it is being taught and to whom. (Thank you!). I knew it was acupuncture being "taught" to non-Acupuncturists/Practitioners of Chinese medicine but her review of the course is down right scary. I teach Chinese medicine courses that have supervised practice and know the importance of adequate supervision so I limit the size of my courses. Now, do I make as much money as these guys who teach 60 people at a time  (and apparently not very well) ? No .... but my Acupuncture/dry needling/ahshi needling therapy students learn well and leave the courses having been supervised by me personally - every one of them.
