The awesomeness of Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture!

Wow!  I was very moved by a movie about the Hubble Space Telescope, brought to tears actually about the vastness of space and what can be accomplished by the ingenuity of humans.  The beauty and limitlessness of our world was …. well, it was tear jerking to me.  Then, at the same time, I started to think about Chinese medicine medicine and the pure genius of it.  Your practitioner feels people's life force when he/she looks at your pulses.  We see your life energy flowing (or not) through the body, through the organ systems and we manipulate it!   I felt so blessed to know how to do that and realized how limitless the possibilities are.  It's one thing to make someone's back pain better but it's a whole other thing (and feeling for the practitioner) to discover a knot/tumor/cyst in the pulses, send the patient for an ultrasound or other test, and have helped discover a small cancer growing.  We just saved a life. INSURANCE BILLING: your acupuncture or other Chinese Medicine treatments may be covered by your health insurance.  As a service to you, we find out whether or not your health insurance covers acupuncture and our other therapies and when it does we bill your insurance.  There are plans that cover it, some pay for unlimited visits or enough visits for you to come every other week and be the healthiest employee in your company! Why not be healthier! That's what the insurance company realizes - preventing surgeries, the use of expensive pain killers, and your having to have medical procedures saves them (and you!) money.  Even preventing the common cold saves your employer money.
