At least in part. Docs were telling me bone on bone lumbars but at the last visit they weren't saying that. A lot of bone on bone but at at least one junction doc said "this one not too bad". Now, I am also taking bone building and muscle "controlling" Chinese herbs along with my regular acupuncture. "Regular" is the key - if you want to be active with an aging body REGULAR care is the key. Or, just give it up and become sedentary.
