Using our language for a happy, healthy 2012+
Did you know that there are over 3000 words in the English language that relate to our emotions and that over 2000 of them (2/3) are negative?!? The beginning of another year is a perfect time to start using the 900+ positive words in our daily lives. This could be quite a task considering that 2/3 of the words are negative .... just seems like those words might be more "accessible". But they don't have to be! Why not have a word for each day - a positive word. That way, it will take you about 3 years to use all of the positive words and then you can start over. My word for today: Gratitude.
